Coffee For Weight Loss | Next Generation In Nutrition

Alright I have been trying this product and didn’t want to have anything to say about it until I finished my first box. I have had an Inversion Table for many yours. For me and my lower back issues my inversion table has been a tremendous pain reliever. An Inversion Table might not be for everyone but if you struggle with back pain you must give one of these a try. A herniated disc is caused when the soft jelly like disc is pushed out between the vertebrate causing mild to excruciating pain. The only down side to the Alpine Pro Deluxe Inversion Table is the padded ankle clamps. These work fine but if you have ankle problems you might want to look for a different system. A great plus to the Alpine Pro Deluxe is how you are able to fold it up for storage.  Other than the ankle clamps the Alpine Pro Deluxe Inversion Table is a great starting point for those first timers wondering if inversion therapy is going to be right for you. Here is the brand and model I went with the Ironman ATIS 4000 Inversion Table. I spent a little more but this Ironman ATIS 4000 has some great features my previous inversion table never had. First off is the ankle clamps the Ironman ATIS 4000 has ergonomically molded ankle cushions instead of just foam rollers which gives a much better positive locking feeling. But for me probably the best added feature is the 10 different locking positions. This allows for some killer ab and core strengthening. Now you can isolate the abdominals far more effectively.

The one and only draw back to the Ironman ATIS 4000 Inversion Table is the inability to fold up, but if you have the space this is the inversion table to get. This is a great addition and looks good in the corner of any weight room. The inverted  hand grips (patent pending) are great for maximum stretching while inverting. You wouldn’t think much by looking at the hand grips till you actually lock on to them getting even more of a stretch. Even the extra long safety handles are a great bonus helping to get back to the upright position.
