Now that you know who created Muscle Matrix Solution you can rest a little easier that the information found inside the Muscle Matrix Solution works and is backed by experience.
What I like about the Muscle Matrix Solution is the program only requires you to workout 3 times per week and only 30 minutes per session. Combined with a diet/nutrition program that is designed to trigger more anabolic hormones into your blood stream. There is also a section on recovery which I find to be highly over looked. It’s very important to rest and feed the muscles correctly to gain muscle mass. The Muscle Matrix Solution is designed to help you workout smarter not harder.
So the big secret of the Muscle Matrix Solution program is to naturally spike your testosterone levels, growth hormone and decrease cortisol. To do this the program says each day you have a 5 – hour anabolic window of opportunity for maximum muscle growth. During this 5 hour window it is important how you workout and what you eat and drink in that time frame.
The Muscle Matrix Solution also talks about pre and post workout nutrition. I like the bit about pre workout food and drinks to achieve maximum cell hydration. Nutrition – The Muscle Matrix Solution has a great amount of information in the nutrition portion of the program. The nutrition is broken down into three main areas:
- Meal timing and nutrient combination – here you are taught to eat certain types of food a certain times of the day. A long with what to eat before and after training. They preach eating most your carbs at dinner after your workouts. This may seem different to what you have been told in the past but if you stick with the program it works.
- Macronutrients – this is a great section, here you will learn to how to build muscle and burn fat by knowing the effects of proteins, carbohydrates, and fats has on the body. With all this information you then apply it to the nutrition calculator and customize and meal plan for your needs. Do you need to burn fat or build muscle?
- Flexibility – in this section you will see you can still enjoy some of your favorite bad foods. You will notice you can’t have them every day but you can treat yourself once in awhile for sticking to all your hard work.
Supplements – to me it seems like a little of a push on the supplements here. Mind you I’m not all ripped and chiseled like Ryan so maybe if you followed his supplementation guide you might get there a little sooner. Exercise Library – no program would be complete without an exercise library. In these videos you will see and learn the proper form. The Muscle Matrix Solution has done a great job here and hey you might even pick up a few different exercise you never mixed into your routines before. Correct form is important to get the most out of your exercises and to avoid injury.

As you might know building lean muscle takes hard work and dedication, straight up there isn’t an easy way. The Muscle Matrix Solution by Ryan Hughes has put together a great program to help you achieve your muscle mass goals. I do think they push the supplements a little much, but that’s just me I’m not one for taking a lot of supplements. Now if you are looking to pack on lots of muscle this might be the ticket. You know that there is value in Ryan’s program just by looking at his progress how he went from skinny to pumped. And yes this didn’t happen over night. Probably one of the best aspects to the Muscle Matrix Solution is knowing you can build muscle without having to spend hours and hours on your daily workouts. Don’t get me wrong these are very intense workouts but over before you know it. One last point I miss was this is a male only program, sorry ladies. Another great program for guys to build muscle worth checking out is Adonis Golden Ratio, other than that all you skinny guys looking to build lean muscle I do recommend giving the Muscle Matrix Solution a try put in the time and it will work. But remember building muscle doesn’t happen over night.
